How to Use
According to the product label:
Add ½ level scoop (2g) of POLE Nutrition Citrulline Malate to approximately 200ml of water, juice, or your pre-workout drink.
For pre-workout use, consume approximately 30–45 minutes before your workout.
On non-training days, the label indicates consumption prior to meals on an empty stomach.
Do not exceed 3 servings (6g) in a day.
